Mozart's Piano Concerto No.21 'Andante'

MOZART PIANO CONCERTO NO.21 ANDANTEF Major The famous Andante is in three parts. The opening section is for orchestra only and features muted strings. The first violins play with a dreamlike melody over an accompaniment consisting of second violins and violas playing repeated-note triplets and the cellos and bass playing pizzicato arpeggios. All of the major melodic material of the movement is contained in this orchestral introduction, in either F major or F minor. The second section introduces the solo piano and starts off in F major. MOZART EXULTATE JUBILATE The motet Exsultate, jubilate was composed in Milan in January 1773 while Mozart and his father Leopold were on the last of their three visits to Italy. They had traveled to oversee the first performances of the young composer's Lucio Silla, K. 135, an opera seria commissioned by the ducal theater in Milan. The principal uomo (male soprano) for the premiere was Venanzio Rauzzini (1746-1810) -- one of the most famous castrati of the day, as well as a keyboard player and composer, who later pursue BACH PRELUDE NO.1 IN C MAJOR The prelude is 35 bars long and consists mostly of broken chords.The prelude continues like this with different variations on harmony, and change of key. The prelude ends with a single C major chord.Some earlier editions of the prelude contain an extra bar between bars 22 and 23 known as the "Schwencke measure", a measure apparently added by Christian Friedrich Gottlieb Schwencke in an attempt to correct what he allegedly deemed a "faulty" progression, even though this sort of progression was standard in Bach's music THE PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN THEME Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl soundtrack, score, recording sessions, remixes are official release soundtrack albums from the film with the same title. The album was released in 2003, by Walt Disney Records and contains selections of music from the movie's score and some albums even never featured music. The music of the film and this album are both credited to composer Klaus Badelt and Hans Zimmer and producer Hans Zimmer.
